Repository Governance & AI Ethics Policy
1. Overview
This repository operates under a “Human-in-the-Loop” (HITL) model. While we leverage AI for research and drafting, all final commits are reviewed by a human legal editor to ensure compliance with the BNS 2023 and IT Rules 2025.
